In the run up to the International Women’s Day, NALCO organised a motivational seminar for women employees & spouses of employees, which was facilitated by renowned corporate trainer Shri Harrish Sai Raman. Shri Sridhar Patra, CMD, NALCO lauded the women workforce for their dedication & commitment. Smt. Sasmita Patra, President, Nalco Mahila Samiti graced the occasion as the Guest of Honour. The entire programme was coordinated by Nalco Mahila Samiti and women employees of NALCO.
