NALCO Mahila Samiti (NMS) is an integral part and an extended socio-cultural arm of National Aluminium Company Ltd. (NALCO). Unity, caring attitude, sense of belonging and strong bonding among the members are the tenets that make NMS a unique organization.
As a powerful medium of social interaction, NMS offers the perfect platform for the members to nurture, hone and excel in their areas of interest and play a meaningful part in discharging their social obligations.
With members belonging to diverse backgrounds and professions, NMS is a melting pot of cultures and provides an excellent avenue to contribute to various social causes that, its parent organization NALCO, the Navratna CPSE, is involved in.
Beyond handling the multiple roles in their respective families, the NMS members don multiple hats – viz; working as Teachers, Counselors, Story-Tellers, Olympian/Sports Stars, Professional Dancers, Trained Singers, Presenters etc. The organization has been a crucible for women from different professions to learn, share knowledge and evolve with time.
